FolioSpace Library is an optional self-hosted service that organizes a personal catalog. SpatialEMU connects to the server address you provide, requests library information, and opens compatible files on supported clients. SpatialEMU does not operate your server or provide a public game catalog.

Responsibility boundary

FolioSpace LibraryStores and presents the catalog on infrastructure operated by you or your administrator.
SpatialEMUConnects to the configured library and opens compatible, user-provided files.
Network accessDepends on the server address, permissions, and network configuration you provide.
ContentMust be supplied by the user and lawful for the user to possess and use.

Start with a connection

  1. Prepare the server.Confirm that FolioSpace Library is running and reachable from the client device.
  2. Enter your address.Use the server connection screen in SpatialEMU. Never publish private server credentials.
  3. Verify the catalog.Load the library and confirm that expected entries are visible before opening a file.

Boundaries

What SpatialEMU does not provide

  • Games, ROMs, BIOS files, firmware, and third-party download catalogs are not included.
  • Users must provide files they have the right to use.
  • Cross-device save synchronization is not currently claimed as a verified feature.
  • SpatialEMU does not currently claim a built-in recording feature.
  • Intel Macs are not supported.
  • The Windows installer is currently unsigned.
  • Android is in development and is not available for download.
