Local files and app storage
SpatialEMU stores imported-file references, library metadata, settings, save states, battery saves, and related runtime data in application storage on your device. These files stay local unless you choose to back them up or move them using operating-system storage and transfer features.
SpatialEMU does not include ROMs, BIOS files, copyrighted games, downloadable game content, or a third-party game catalog. You control the files you import.
Platform file APIs
SpatialEMU may access file timestamps for application metadata and user-granted imported files. Apple builds declare this use in the app privacy manifest for local file handling.
Optional FolioSpace connections
If you connect SpatialEMU to a FolioSpace server, the app communicates with the server address you provide to request library information and files. Your FolioSpace operator controls that server and its logs, access policy, credentials, and network configuration.
Website requests
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Basic request and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider. The public website does not intentionally expose private FolioSpace credentials or App Review tokens.
Children's privacy
SpatialEMU does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the product or website changes. The latest version will be posted here with an updated date.
