SpatialEMU is designed as a local-first emulator shell. It has no account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or tracking SDK.

Data Collection

SpatialEMU does not collect personal data from you. The app does not use tracking, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or third-party account services.

Local Files and App Storage

SpatialEMU stores imported-file references, library metadata, settings, save states, battery saves, and related runtime data in the app container on your device. These files stay local to your device unless you choose to back them up or move them using Apple system features.

SpatialEMU does not include ROMs, BIOS files, copyrighted games, downloadable game content, or a third-party game catalog. You control the files you import.

Required-Reason APIs

SpatialEMU may access file timestamps for app-container metadata and user-granted imported files. The app privacy manifest declares this use for local file handling.

Children's Privacy

SpatialEMU does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
